Why is Ahirwal Region known as Israel of India?

Ahirs are a great warriors. they maintained their demographic structure where they lived. Ahirs did not allow the muslims population to increase in areas where they reside. Ahirwal is semi arid or arid zone like Israel. There is conscription in Israel and there is huge voluntary recruitment in Ahirwal. Ahirs are brave soldiers from ancient time. In recent time Rao Tula Ram Singh a brave freedom fighter of independence movement of 1857. . 124 bravest of the brave soldiers of rezang la in 1962. Battle of Badgaon where fifty ahir soldiers saved Srinagar under the leadership of Somnath Sharma PVC. Twenty four laid their life for the sake of nation. So the brave nationalistic soldier and semi arid zone are two discernible similarity beside others. Ahirs are committed to defend India and save, prosper and propagate Hinhuism.

Ahirs are fighters in nature. Ahirs are very warm blooded in nature. They never hesitate to Fight. Don’t mess with Ahirs ever.

I have lived in Ahirwal region and and served with Ahir troops in 13 Kumaon which is the first Ahir Battalion of the Indian Army.
